Problem description:
On select Format -> Current Measure - bar lines not drawn for default (LHS: 0 RHS: 0) width. For the dialog box the initial picture drawing for the bar does not show the (vertical) end bar line markings. Okay if LHS / RHS not set to 0.

This was due to XP Look and feel which caused the previous WHITE_PEN to disappear.

Updated DrawStaff - and constructor. Now uses LT_GRAY plus resource fram Etched.
