Problem in CAvrView::CalcTrunc() using fixed constant XTRA_MGN added to staff width. Although subsequently subtracted for calc was not * m_scale. Besides this is old code which does not take account of Left Margin setting.

Updated CAvrView::CalcTrunc() scrapped XTRA_MGN for elegant solution using Left Margin setting.
